Laser cladding technology is a high-tech surface modification and equipment maintenance technology that can significantly improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and oxidation resistance of metal surfaces. It has the characteristics of metallurgical combination of the cladding layer and the substrate, low dilution rate, small deformation of the substrate, and easy process automation. This technology is mainly used for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant repair and surface strengthening treatment of parts such as hydraulic support columns, middle cylinders, and large equipment spindles.
The laser cladding equipment developed by our company uses a numerical control platform and is equipped with a Coherent 4kW high-power semiconductor laser. Compared with other laser cladding equipment, it has obvious performance advantages:
1. High output power, high electro-optical conversion efficiency (greater than 45%), and high cladding efficiency.
2. Rectangular spot, adjustable size, single channel cladding width, good energy concentration and high utilization rate. It has little thermal influence on the workpiece and small deformation.
3. The laser has high integration, small size, few wearing parts, high degree of automation and easy operation and maintenance.
